The Location
Alcazaba Lagoon is a modern private gated community situated in Casares, southern Spain. Just 15 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella and just over an hour away from both Malaga and Gibralter airports.
The easiest way to locate the property is by searching for Alcazaba Lagoon and ensure you follow directions passed Estepona Golf.

Dry Summers – Mild Winters
The Mediterranean climate gives warm dry summers (April -October) and mild winters. Average summer temperatures in Estepona vary between 25 and 30 degrees, with a yearly average temperature of around 20 degrees.
Estepona summers are very pleasant. Due to a combination of dry heat and sea wind it is never unbearably hot.

All you need are swimwear and sensible shoes that are firmly in place and can withstand getting wet. Too wet, they get it! In return, you will experience it as a hidden paradise to wander through the cooling water that trickles past your feet. Depending on the time of year, there may be more or less water in the river bed. When there is a lot of water, you have to swim through some of the passages, so it is a prerequisite that you can swim reasonably. The daredevils, however, have ample opportunity to frolic with rock jumps in several places during the route.
